Where Playground leaves gaps

Playground’s scheduling handles basic shift management but does not connect to ratio tracking. A director who needs to confirm that a substitute arriving at 9 a.m. keeps the room compliant cannot get that answer from Playground in real time.

Playground’s billing works for straightforward private-pay tuition. It gets confusing when a center manages private-pay families alongside children on CCDF vouchers, DHS assistance, and Head Start funding.
